Pros

The teapot has a folding handle, that folds down to one side, but stands up to the other side. The beauty of this design is that if you let it boil too hard the lid just floats up.

This kettle heats up very quickly so i usually just hang around the kitchen until it is ready. I have an electrical stove and it heated up quite quickly using a 6 out of 10 temp on dial. It heats quickly and cleans easily.

The spout is well-designed such that it pours evenly and doesn't slosh. No drips, no spewing, nothing. People complain about it sputtering when poured - just pour slowly and you'll be ok.

The outside is still shiny, with no cracking of the handle or knob. When the outside gets a little spotty, i use brasso and then wash it well and it shines right up. Hopefully, the included picture shows its polished steel sheen properly.

The handle is ergonomic, solid, and stays cool to the touch. The aperture is wide enough to comfortably get your hand to wash, if necessary. Handle is snug yet folds down easily.

Cons

The spout is welded to the body of the kettle. It's hard to catch the right boiling point. There are two holes in the rim of the lid, that would be perfect for some kind of attachment to snug the lid to the pot.

Easy to clean the inside heats up very quickly and is very durable

I owned several notcheap kettles before this one and they all rusted stained or fell apart within a year

For those hesitant on the price keep in mind this kettle is an investment that will out last you if cared for
