Pros

Nex-3/5 is the perfect lens to have on the camera when you want to travel light and don't need a zoom. It is a handy lens that i can pull out and take pictures with at the spur of the moment. Auto focus works great! Easy to attach ultra wide and fishe... Read More

The 10-18mm is a near flawless piece of glass when paired with my sony a6000. Works well in tandem with the 18-55mm kit lens. There is a wide angle attachment that can be paired with the 16mm to get even wider.

Cons

My recommendation is that you avoid this lens if you already own the kit lens. Selling the sony would not generate nearly enough cash to pay for the panny kit. I would rather sell off my sony gear and switch to panasonic.

I still seem to get horizontal lines in the top half of the image that droop. Horrible vignette and distortion.

Center sharpness is decent (at best), and that's when stopped down to f8. Slow focusing. Sony makes great cameras, but the e mount lens selection leaves much to be desired.
