The only downside is that i constantly have to change my tv settings apparently hisense tvs dont like it when owners change sound or picture settings lol

Disable the night mode function by pressing the night button on the supplied remote control of the speaker

If low sound is coming from a sound barchange the voice setting to 2

To change the voice setting press the voice button on the remote until you see the up 2 setting on the display of the sound bar
