The body is solid, and reassuringly well built, but not too large. The price of the camera alternates between $1600 and $1000, so i recommend looking for the lower price before purchasing.

The sensor in this thing allows me to produce clear and crisp images. Takes great low iso with great dynamic range photos. High iso is decent, the pdaf is good.

Focus peaking is easily as accurate as the old split-screen focusing method. Aperture isn't everything and i get that, but compared to a $200 50mm/f 1. This little gem is a dream to use.

Im very happy with my decision and the picture quality is way better than i could have imagined

It is a good quality product overall

If you already have invested in one system say canon or nikonor even already own a sony apsc camera i would not recommend the a7ii

Sure battery life is not good and af is subpar but image quality is great
