The company is transparent and helpful! I trust this product and it's supplier. From the research i've done, sonnes is the highest quality.

This cod liver oil is purified by molecular distillation (says so on the bottle) this is an easy to take, you hardly notice any hint of fishiness. It also blends well in smoothies.

Cons

Cod liver oil has a metallic taste that makes me a little afraid to use it. It is molecularly distilled (not cold pressed), and therefore the vitamins retained in this are synthetic. A more expensive but much safer option is nordic naturals unflavored... Read More

Amazon needs to start penalizing employees for when their packages were damaged on their vehicles. Old oil, only a month until expires. It is ineligible for return so i need to toss the whole bottle.
