It's very comfortable and works well, but i think it would work better if the elastic strap attached to each side at the top and bottom of the mask to help keep it down. It feels amazing and is so soft.

The ear plugs are made of a memory type of foam.

It is somewhat padded which applies even pressure along the front of the face instead of the straps causing the middle to be snug but top or bottom not flat.

It does let some light in, but it's minimal, and lets face it, most sleeping masks do as well.

If you want to buy something that blocks all light, no matter it you turn a lot when you sleep or not, you'll have to buy those bulky ones that requires you to sleep on your back, because it's impossible to turn to any sides.
