I can breathe when using this but its not as face up fullon breaths as i get not using it

The reason was due to the standard pillow it came with being too small and uncomfortable with his eye bandage on

It really is a 5 star product but be aware of the design because im thin its too tall in my neck region so it pushes into my neck unless i build up a blanket under my chest to sort of even it out a bit

You have to air it out a day because it smells like memory foam

To use it you place your chin inside the hole and rest your forehead on the top edge of the pillow

The pillow cover is a gray velvet pillowcase with a zipper so you can remove it for washing
