Pros
This stuff works amazing! The price is high for the quantity, but heck, i’ll buy it. This stuff is a game changer. Customer service is great and i am so thankful for finding this product!
It's a non-fizzy sweetened lemonade taste. It has no carbs or sugar. The flavor is great and it goes down like a refreshing flavored water.
Cons
Within minutes i was drowsy and fell asleep. My sleep is terrible due to ptsd, and melatonin supplements (gummies, meltable pills, etc) are a toss-up on if they will work that night. It causes inability to focus.

Somsleep mixed with no electronics an hour before bed will have you getting all the zzzzzzs you need.
