Pros

Solgar is a very reputable brand. Other brands we have tried seem to be gritty. Now i can get them quick and cheaper than local health food store.

Poor quality with strangely coloured capsules. May be made from gmo corn syrup. All the soft gels were stuck all-together, impossible to separate. Jar must have been left in the sun or something.
