Pros

Makes soldering fast and easy exspecialy in tight places. It heats up pretty fast. Happy it has a digital display as opposed to the turn dials.

Cons

There is no feedback, so it'll burn tips when it's sitting idle. It heats up really fast, which would be nice if it stopped heating when it reached the target temperature. The digital readout is pretty meaningless.
