Pros

Zinc decreases the amount of copper in your body. Therefore this capsule replaces the lost copper as well. This is a n0-brainer( pardon the pun) when it comes to protecting yourself.

Cons

The smell is horrendous and the taste almost made me *. They deplete each other. It smells awful--rancid--very strong unpleasant odor.

Buy only from a seller who will refund your postage as well as your purchase price. They are not returnable. Do not recommend.

I have euthroid hashimoto's, so i'm not taking any medication for it, but the excess iodine could be very detrimental for me. Usda recommends no more than 40 mg per day!
