Almond milk helps lower cholesterol. Low fat cheeses, milks, red meats, cream and coconut products are all off the menu. All cholesterol markers are perfect.

Immediately stopped using after realizing it contains maltodextrin as a filler and preservative. Says 500mg, but that is for 2 pill serving size.
