It does the job of lighting the entryway so i can find the lock easier at night but it definitely wouldnt be a bright perimeter light

Not only is it great that i can see in the pitch black dark outside now but if there happens to be someone prowling around out there that shouldnt be this light will pop on and hopefully scare them away

As per the instructions i left it in the sun for a couple days to charge and when i turned it on it immediately worked
