Pros

This tabletop easel is fantastic. I have a heavy hand a lot of times when i am placing drills and this easel does not bend or wobble.

It is definitely big enough, but most importantly, it is sturdy enough. It really is quite nice to me, and i'd recommend this product and purchase again from the seller.

It is sturdier that it looks. It can easily be positioned at several angels of tilt. The five adjustable settings are very nice as well.

This keeps the canvas from rolling up. Plus it's better for your posture instead of being hunched over. Need to use it on a well ventilated area.

Cons

This is not hardwood, this is a composite. This is a laminate. The dowel that fits into the slots on the side is so cheap it could snap in a heartbeat. It smells and looks like particleboard.

The product comes unprotected in the box, no foam or bubble wrap.

Unfortunately as soon as i put any weight on it only at that level it collapses to horizontal even while the adjustment bars stay in place

It comes in a matte finish so paper or canvas frames wont slide around on it

Overall very good easel for great price

For the price this is really nice and a great buy

For the value it is more than adequate for drawing use

There again amazon sent it through us mail and i had to go down to pick it up

Packaging/appearance

It comes nicely packaged in a sturdy brand box

The seller should make sure the box is taped shut on both ends to keep the box closed

The box arrived completely untaped and hanging open on both ends

As others have also said note that this comes packaged only in the product box even though i specifically requested amazon packaging
