    I had been using tamiya sanding sponges and sand paper on my models for some time now and even though they got the job done, they left something to be desired.

    I try to keep the sanding surfaces clean and will apply a drop or two of water to remove the built-up dust, and this has caused a few of the sticks to start to delaminate, with wrinkles forming in the sanding surface on the better cases, the worst case has the edges peeling off.
