Pros
Can be cooked as is or ground into flour or planted as seed. I mill my own flour at home using my komo mill which makes superfine flour. Mixed up dough for supper.
The wheat flavor really comes out in quick beads and noodles which is 90% of what i use this for. Soaked my berries for 10 hours; drained water.
Cons
