Pros & Cons
Pros
Palouse brand wheat berries are the perfect texture and flavor when cooked and soaked. They seem to sprout better by not soaking them too long.
Soft wheat is used for more of the crumbly foods, cookies, cakes, pancakes etc. Looking forward to trying to make sourdough bread with it.
They're almost impossible to overcook. Delicious and chewy. Mixed with sesame, sugar and raisins.
Cons
Not a great texture. Still too chewy.
