    I have two big points of criticism though1 the strap to secure it horizontally around the head rest is not nearly long enough for both ends to even meet

    This was caused by readjusting the cushion back into place after it fell off the side of the head rest because the horizontal strap is too short as mentioned in point 1 and the cushion does not stay on a slippery leather surface well without it

    Because my headrest pushed my neck too far forward i turned it around and placed this pillow as a neck head support
