Pros

I play tennis and my feet take a pounding on the hard courts. I wish the toe portion had more padding. The heel cup is great.

Only drawback is that they squeak relentlessly, even after a few days. The only annoying thing is the squeaking. No more squeak.

These insoles help my feet and get rid of the backaches that come from being on my feet so much. Being overweight with flat feet and plantar fasciitis, these are still *really* helpful. All day wear with no arch pain or fascial pain.

These are the most comfortable shoes inserts i've tried. Perfect support for my collapsing arches. These inserts are rigid and provide terrific support.

Cons

The heel cup sits so far back on the insole that when my foot is actually in the shoe, my heel is further forward. This causes major discomfort. Also, they squeak!
