Pros
It works fine. Installed easily and performs flawlessly. Easy install. Now it stays in place much better.
Makes your hard, ridged tube soft and fluffy. Stays in place and reasonably insulates tubing. No more fear of drowning in the night.
Cons
I feel this could be a major safety issue if those lint particles are inhaled through the tubing. Slips down the hose and makes it really heavy.

You don’t even know that there is a cpap hose because it has a cloth feel like your blanket
