Pros
This pillow comes with a 20 year warranty once you register your pillow. The price is right and i am so glad i found my pillow! I highly recommend for people to try it for yourself.
The shredded memory foam is of the best quality and will hold its shape. It also conforms to my head and neck, providing excellent support and helping to alleviate any discomfort or pain.
This pillow allows you to take foam out to make it flatter. Comes with a large bag of extra foam if you want the pillow firmer. It really helps fluff up the pillow.
Cons
The pillow is a zippered synthetic fabric pillowcase filled with soft shredded stuff that bears no resemblance to actual memory foam. It is not firm and you have to put it in the dryer for it to fluff up.
Pillows come with an advertisement boasting about their dedication to their customer. They punted me back over to amazon, and all amazon does is offer me a return. Do not believe their 10yr warranty claim.

Other than the price these are excellent
Packaging/appearance
While i havent washed it i did throw it in the dryer to fluff it out of the packaging and it came out amazingly soft
Competitiveness
It is a highquality pillow that has really improved my sleep and i will never buy another pillow unless it is made by these manufacturers
Got this to replace an extremely old tempurpedic pillow
But the real gamechanger for me has been the coolness of the pillow
