Although the manufacturer offers to adjust the fill free of charge, i would recommend giving the pillow a chance before sending it back.

My husband will be ordering one directly from relief mart as you can have your pillow custom adjusted at the time you order it - if you do it directly with the company (amazon doesn't allow the company to handle customization at the time of ordering).
