I have not looked closely at charge speed but it seems to be similar to the rate of charge when the phone is plugged into the usb supply

My only negative observation is that the blue charge indicator leds are in the bottom support ledge and face upwards towards the lower edge of the phone so they cannot be seen with the phone sitting on the stand

Charge is slow regardless of the case being present a stand is neat as the s7 has a clock on at all times so it works as a nightstand clock
