Sailax massager has dual shiatsu and roller settings. Adjustable in so many ways and even does spot massage. Best massage cushion i ever owned!
Overall, extremely happy with this purchase. This massager is worth every penny! This thing is awesome!
Cons
The chair repeatedly broke down - seems to be a design flaw. Looks like snailax is avoiding its warranty promise by forcing customers to first pay costly shipping. Way to harsh on my body.

In order to reach the proper position to access the neck rotations i need to sit on a pillow

When you do that the massagers dont reach my lower back and hips so i just use the spot massage for 10mins high and 10 mins low

I did have an issue with a squeaking roller in the neck massager within the first 2 months and i must admit the customer service was excellent
