Pros
The softness of the material is as advertised. There are elastic straps that secure the headrest area and the back.
The massage choices are convenient and easily changeable. Has lots of setting that u can use at one or separately.
Product works great, quite relaxing. It sure delivers an instant pain reliever.
The feel of this cushion is amazing. My son says it is terrific. Vibrations actually have a perfect intensity than i anticipated.
Cons
Bottom left motor is making a high pitch whirring noise. This one feels faint and struggles for a few minutes. This item is not as advertised.
