Pros
The heat combined with massage is so comforting and really helpful. I have a sore back all of the time and this has helped relieve the pain. The heat coming from this is not hot and won’t relieve pain, however it is very comforting.
The vibrating massage function is also really good. The vibration is very gentle and more of a relaxing massage than a pain relieving massage. It works well if you like the heat and vibratr massager without the bulkiness.
It is best if you can sit in a recliner chair as it helps to keep everything lined up nicely. I like the way this heat pad attaches on and stays in place.
Cons
The heat is not very hot, the on button starts both heat and vibration, and then you have to shut off the vibration if you don't want it. Even the massagers are not very effective. Just a fyi, it is not rechargeable.

It doesnt quite reach the neck part but it has buttons so you can lock it in place and wont fall off
