Pros
Foot warmer keeps your feet warm under your desk in the winter. The material is comfortable and the size is just right for me. The heat is perfect.
It easily converts from a foot warmer/massager to a back massager with one easy zip. Comes with a 2 year product warranty.
Product works as expected. Other than this hiccup the product is a winner. People need to know this wonderful product from all angles.
The best part is you can use it on ur lower back, upper back and neck also, it relaxes them. I like that it vibrates the feet so it's a gentle massage.
Cons
The vibration part of it * and the heating takes 10 minutes for it to get to ok warmth. Shutdown after 20-30 sec. Not warm enough at all.
Product looks good, work very poorly. After 2 minutes i just got annoyed and will be returning this junk in the morning. Hate it and now will not trust the snail company for massager.

Wish there was a remote controller to change the mode or to have it able to remember the last mode used when i turn it on

The massage part doesnt really do much it just vibrates wouldnt say it feels good

Two recommendation id have to the manufacture is change it so the massage feature doesnt go on by default or you can just turn the heater on without have to cycle through the massage to turn it off

The second recommendation would be have the heater stay on longer than 30 minutes at a time

You have to press through the 5 modes before you can set it to the “heat only” option
