Pros

Flavor is reallyyyy good! Flavorful, spicy, delicious on anything. The degree of smokiness is perfect and it tastes like real smoke too. It's very noticeable, but mostly after the initial smoky flavor.

Serrano's are the pepper of choice for the sauce. This sauce is awesome on chicken wings and other stuff like rice and grits.

This is several times hotter than cholula. It's not very hot, but the smokey, peppery flavor goes very well with other savory dishes.

Cons
