However i have found when need to use pump to add pressurization that it does not very easily unlock to do so

The red fan is a flat spray just like the yellow fan tip nozzle the red is wider than the yellow to be specific

Yes its heavier on the sides you can see these on the pictures however unless you are a robot i wouldnt expect your accuracy with your hand to be any better than the nozzle

Typically neither will choke down enough to spray a misting fan for use inside the house
