I followed the advice of another reviewer and keep the bottle upside down in the cupboard making them easy to get out
They sent them in a bubble envelope and the bottle was cracked on the bottom
It is listed as suitable for vegetarians and it would have been very helpful to have it written clearly on the packaging
The only reason i didn’t give 5stars is because the packaging

These are a good tasting gummy from a reputable company
I dont really have a control to compare them to so your milage will vary

Im always a sucker to buy vitamins for my aging needs but i must admit most end up unfinished under my bathroom sink only to be thrown out a year later
