This highly unstable and dangerous when using any weight above 225lbs. Found out the problem is that the nuts are nyloc and have a ring at the top which is why their not * in all the way. They work, but i wish i would have not purchased them.

I could imagine if one needs more than that the legs should be fastened to the ground for safety

I may buy some foam type material from the craft store to place where the barbell lays just to prevent any scratches when it clanks down on the bar but this is my preference

My home gym doesn’t have high ceilings so a full on power rack was not an option
