I'm bowled over by the book. This is easily a book you’ll be proud to display in your home – it’s very pretty and will be a teachable moment for all!
The book is well-researched and well written. The glossary is helpful as are the metric conversion charts. This sort of investigation is precisely the last thing this multi-billion dollar industry wants.
Nootropics are “mind-changing, cognition-enhancing substances that can improve the way you think, feel, and function”. They are food or food-derived substances used to enhance cognitive function.
Golden oatmeal with currants and pears. The cauliflower-leek soup with the addition of cashews to make it creamy is quite good. There are some recipes which have foods that might frustrate some people.
Probiotics are live microorganisms that function like good bacteria in the gut.

Onenote though the whole book is in blackandwhite and i think i really would have liked the pictures to be to color i think that would have given more power to the book because vegetables are so colorful and a clictic it kind of takes away from it all

A significant amount of information must be read to fully understand this approach to consuming power foods and perhaps outside research to verify so be prepared to read almost half of this approximately 300 page cookbook before diving into the 65 included recipes
