If i feel too tired, i take one pill and it is usually enough for the rest of the day. The maximum dose is four tablets in 24 hours. Great for getting a boost of energy and fantastic for cognitive enhancement. Good amount and tablet sizes.

Seems to do the job ive tried a fair few things claiming to do the same thing but this one actually worked so no complaints does what it says on the tin
