In order to not scrape off the nonstick finish i had to be sure to keep the flat section quite flat barely lifting my eggs

When i got it i thought it was made from stainless steel but once i opened package and picked it up i noticed that it was very light in weight so it cant be solid

The thin metal profile allows user to easily get under the food instead of butting into the the side of what ever the user is trying to flip over
