Theres a suction cup in the middle of the tripod but when the legs are fully extended its not usable

The legs telescope very slightly if you wanted it higher for some reason but ill likely never use that feature

It should be used carefully with bridge cameras such as the rx10 or smaller dslr size cameras

It will handle the heavier cameras if they are pretty much straight up with no long lenses
