You have to do this for ‘both sides’ so pressing the button with or without sound setting 140 times feels unnecessary

Overall i have found that this device definitely helps build your abdominal muscles but would in no way say it toned them in the sense of making them more visiblehowever i bought it for strengthening after some rehabilitation from an injuryoverall 55

Into week 4 nothing visible but feel stronger will carry on seems to be helping my back problem on its own will not give you ripped abs
