The note flap is awful. It has an adjustable, elasticated strap but the ring it runs through at the side digs into my head so is very uncomfortable. And the other side falls down and gathers above my other ear which also hurts when i lie on that side.... Read More

I don’t wear it all night but reach for it if i have to get up for the loo during the night and it gets me straight back to sleep

I make no claims but i do think there as been an inprovement in the eyes thanks to the copper in the short period i have been wearing it
