Area around the eyes is puffed forward a bit so it doesnt touch your eyes directly

The nose moulding is too wide for my nose and lets in light if i wear it further down it puts too much pressure on my ears so not total blackout but its good

The reason it’s so effective is that it doesn’t fit tightly over your eyes like normal sleeping masks

The eye mask is lovely soft and does the job the only thing i find awkward is the band it says you can adjust it but once you try to do it there is nothing to attach it to

One thing i’d change slightly is the shape but that could just be me as it may not have fit my eye shape properly
