Pros
The product itself works very well. It allows me to go to sleep gently and quickly. Since using dr sleep middle of the night i am able to go back sleep and don't wake up until morning.
Cons
Be careful of this when thinking of buying this product. Would not purchase again. This is ridiculous and too expensive.
I wish they would label how much melatonin and gaba are actually in this product. I'm doubtful that the number of sprays advertised per bottle is accurate.

Hoping this would work i tried it the first night and much to my surprise i slept seven hours straight and did not wake up feeling sleepy and tired

Good product bad sprayer mechanism

It locked itself even though it does not have a lockunlock position and does not have a way to unlock it short of hitting it with a hammer
