I wouldnt say that i have difficulty sleeping but i usually dont get drowsy until very late night hours and i think a good part of that is due to a decent amount of unnatural screen lights im looking at well past workingdaylight hours

You just have to get use to the change in color on the tv because whatever is blue turns to a bright green
