It slides less than a normal rubber stopper does on my laminate ‘wood’ flooring when the door is pulled toward the stopper but it doesn’t hold the door at all when the door is moving away from the stopper

This doorstop works but does slide a bit and a month in to it and one of the rubber cords broke already

When i have groceries i grab this and hold the door open so i can come in and out of the garage easily and then slips right out and back on the hook

These stoppers are great they hold the door fine and barely move you have to actually use the pull on it to take it out and move it
