Pros & Cons
Pros
I have insertional achilles tendonopothy with bone spurs. This item helps as it has heel support and adjustable incline.
The * board is as pictured. It is very sturdy and allows you to choose one of four angles.
Took the plunge and am so grateful.
Cons
There is one significant downside with this board, that is present with most of its competitors as well. Broke after stepping on it a second time within 2 minutes. Need to be made of thicker plastic.
Highlights
Quality
I’m so happy with the product and deliberated a long time before purchasing it
Well made use it everyday and helping with the problem
Packaging/appearance
Works great easy to store out of the way
Competitiveness
My doctor recommended it and said it worked for her plantars fasciitis within a week
I would give it a 5star if they made the unit wider say 24” wide so there is room for the average person
