Pros & Cons
Pros
This is different from 3m electrical insulation putty. It is more like stiff putty that stays in the shape you mold it. It's easy to use and seems to provide good insulation against the weather.
Cons
It isn't the consistency of tape. It's more like gooey dissolving slivers of rubber.
Highlights

I have found other products which work just as well and cost far less
