Its 42 length would probably be fine for someone 56 but for someone 65 it is hard to get both hands on it behind the back

Do not use everyday bec the towel can irritate and scrape your skin off

I find that while it gives a better grip it doesnt work as well as the smaller hand towel sized pocket i purchased previously
