This is the 2nd skinny taste cookbook that i’ve bought. At my age it is hard to read as the type is small and thin, but i use a magnifier and all is well.
Many recipes are adaptable to stovetop and oven. Pick a fast one if you have to cook after coming home from work, then prep for a slow one later in the week.
Cons
Indian food was the only keeper recipe i was able to luck out on. While i respect the healthy meals this inspiring author has brought to family mealtimes, i wish i hadn't bought the good reviews and spent so much. For those on weight watchers looking ... Read More
