Pros

The detailed intructions are clear and concise. It runs smooth and the oscilating blade makes for some easy cutting. The saw accepts the more inexpensive u-shank blades, too.

This jigsaw is a must for certain tasks, but it's not going to be a daily/weekly user. It outperforms any skill saw i have ever owned or used. Not the cadillac of * saws, but great for a diy'er.

It seems durable. Like the long cord. Minimal pressure required to move it along.

I was packed well and easy to opendidnt have to wait and worry about anything buy ordering online

I also like that the saw comes inside a carrying bag

Came with two different size blades and a padded cloth carry case that fits his dremmel tool along with the saw

Took out of the box opened the bag attached a blade and it was ready to go

Competitiveness

I wasnt sure if i should get this skil saw or a more expensive modelbrand

The price point for any skil brand tool is always significantly less than the popular brands

Most of my woodworking projects dont require the use of a jigsaw so i didnt feel like i had to buy an overthetop expensive brand
