Pros
Mamssen's waffles based on the viking cruises recipe. Had it first on a viking cruise. In norway, they sometimes eat it between a warm folded waffle. It's the queen of norwegian cheeses, which i'd first tasted back in 1970.
This is one of the most if not the most calorie dense cheese that i could find. They complain because there's supposedly a blue one that the 'true' cheese, but they're nicer to me anyways. Its the best dessert cheese.
Cons
It's smaller than a rubik's cube. Can't refund/return. Web gourmet refused to allow me to change to the other option. Please issue a refund.
