Something went wrong when I ordered this originally. Maybe I clicked the wrong button or maybe the Amazon checkout had a glitch but I got sent the wrong colour chair. Sitmod were great though and offered a partial refund to keep the chair or to send it back and pay the shipping. Anyway, I ordered a new one in the right colour and it came quickly (as quick as can be expected when shopping to the UK from Germany). The product itself looks great and is comfy. The rocking feature is what sold it to me over every other chair out there. It allows me to kick back and watch company briefings in comfort, not just reclined but reclined and supported so I don't slide down the chair :-)I'd have preferred an option for a cloth cover for breathability but I knew it was PU so that's just a personal thing. For me, the PU should be perforated though so it breathes more but again, that's personal...Positives:It was mostly* easy to assemble. I recommend using an electric screwdriver/drill though rather than the tools supplied as it would take a lot longer without. It's very comfortable, especially for a 6'2 (188cm) man weighing over 220lb (100kg) - the broad flat base doesn't pinch your legs together like some gaming chairs and the wide back means your shoulders aren't forced into a hunched position. It looks and feels well made and the glow in the dark writing is a novelty touch. The massage feature works well.Negatives:*There was an issue with the guides for the runners for the footrest. When I screwed them on and inserted the runners, the runners (poles) hit the nuts on the underside of the chair which screwed the base to the cushion. I've attached a photo to show what I mean. To stop this, I had to pack the guides out with washers (which not everyone would have to hand) to change the angle at which the footrest slid in and out.My partner thinks I'm imagining things but I spent upwards of 12 hours a day in this chair and I'm convinced the seat base is sat on a slight wonk - but I've had this with other chairs and it's very hard to avoid when building them yourself at home, especially when they're as heavy as this one.It started creaking after just 3 days of use. I can't work out what is creaking so I can't say whether lubricating it will help because I can't work out where to lubricate! The headrest cushion mounts too low for me. Its designed to clip into the holes on the back of the chair but that means it sits between my shoulder blades which has the opposite effect. I clipped in an extra bit of elastic which I stole off the lumbar support cushion from my old chair to make the strap long enough to clip round the top of the seat back instead of through the vents. I don't know if this is clear from my photos.Being super critical, and this is personal again, but being bigger, it makes me taller which makes my legs longer - and for me, if the chair could lift me just a couple of inches higher, it would be ideal for leg comfort.Again, personal but for me the lumbar support cushion is too thick so I don't use it. It would also be nice if there was a battery option for this rather than the USB cable for power. Read Less
