Great durability, especially for me with my hard grinding. The relief i feel is hard to describe but honestly i am so surprised to have finally found a guard that actually helps.

It’s not as hard to mold as people are saying. You can reheat just the area you need to redo. Easy to heat & fit.

It fits perfectly, it stays on my upper teeth, and i think i will wake up with no new pain. It fit snuggly but wasn’t excessively bulky like other brands. This one fits soo much better by a long shot.

After it was customized, it has the same protection as the one from my dentist. This one is much thinner and lighter and very comfortable, and it doesn't stink.

There is no refund or return, if it doesn't work you are just out $30. A waste of money honestly. Kind of like a cheese grater.

The mouth guard is entirely flat when arrives as shown on their picture. This makes it more difficult for molding which is not an easy process. It is a hard plastic, so it is not comfortable if you grind your teeth at night.
