However, after purchasing faster lenses which sacrifice stabilization for a wider aperture, i found my handheld videos had become way too shaky.

It does tend to wobble slightly if you just press the shutter release with special handling, meaning the first couple seconds of footage are unusable in video, and you still need a firm grip on the camera itself when shooting photos.

Due to how the locking mechanism at the base works, the monopod is only capable of free standing on flat ground, for wildlife and landscape shooting, you'll either need a tripod or have a constant grip on your camera and use this as you would any traditional monopod.

The folding feet are quite strong and are made to be stepped on to help steady the rig, and the top section allows the camera to be panned smoothly, though there is no provision for adjusting the drag on it.

The bottom section can be tightened down so that the stick stands straight up, or it can be loosened to allow panning and some degrees of tilting.

Even at max height, this was able to hold a camera body with a 400mm f/2.

Very versital and makes you very mobile and nimbal, while moving from place to place to capture different angles, or moving to film a subject on the move.
